Brief Intro:

In 1990, the Congress of the United States passed a set of laws that changed the way businesses accommodated Americans with disabilities. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is designed to ensure that employees with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities have reasonable accommodations to be productive members of the workforce.
