BIOGRAPHY
Esteban A. Flores is an Associate Attorney at The Jia Law Group, specializing in immigration law. Before joining the firm, Esteban served as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), where he provided crucial legal guidance to immigration judges. He entered the DOJ through the highly selective Attorney General’s Honors Program, gaining invaluable experience and a deep understanding of immigration law, court procedures, and government adjudication.

Esteban earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, where he built a strong foundation in legal research and analysis.
