BIOGRAPHY
Vicky is an associate at Jia Law Group who excels in commercial law, labor and employment law, and general corporate matters.Vicky has assisted attorneys in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, due diligence reports, employee handbooks, bylaws, etc. She has also assisted in cases including general contract disputes, general company litigations, employment discrimination lawsuits, and worker’s compensation issues.
CREDENTIALS
Vicky earned two master’s degrees from the University of Edinburgh and Stirling University in International Economic Law and International Commercial Law in the United Kingdom. After graduating, she worked at a major law firm in Chengdu as an associate attorney specialized in commercial transaction, general corporate legal services, IPO and NEEQ projects, and so on.
In 2018, Vicky graduated from Fordham Law School with a masters degree in Banking, Corporate, and Finance Law. She interned in the New York State Supreme Court Commercial Division to enrich her legal experience before she joined our law firm.
