近日来，我所已收到一大批H-1B的批准函，首先恭喜已收到批准函的申请人！
根据我所目前已收到的审理结果通知来看，H-1B的审理程序正在稳步进行中。尚未收到审理结果通知的申请人请稍安勿躁。如您已收到RFE通知，请勿过度焦虑，应积极配合律师的准备工作，来准备移民局所要求补充的材料。
及时查验批准函信息
对于已经收获H-1B批准函的申请人，我所在此特提醒各位在喜悦庆祝的同时，请一定记得及时查验批准函信息，特别需要注意以下两点：
核对雇主（Petitioner）的名称和雇员(Benificiary)的姓名是否准确无误；
对于H-1B首次申请者，请确定批准函上的生效日期(Valid Through Date)为10月1日。
如果您的H-1B批准函信息出现任何错误，请不要慌张，需尽快联系律师及时更正错误信息。
另外，还需特别提醒选择进行境内身份转换(Change of Status)的申请人，在您的H-1B审理期间，请务必不要出境旅游，否则您将被视为主动放弃境内身份转换机会。

审理状态查询方式
如果您已经收到了H-1B的Receipt Notice，您可以通过移民局的官方案件状态查询入口或手机App（如Visa Tracker）进行查询。需要提醒您的是目前该官方系统存在一定的滞后现象，审理状态有时不会在第一时间更新，申请人需要耐心进行等待。
除了自行查询案件状态以外，您还可以在移民局官方案件状态查询页面注册账户并输入Receipt Number，确保之后能及时收到案件状态更新的邮件或短信，省去多次查询的麻烦。
升级进行加急服务(Premium Processing Service)的申请人，将会在15天内得知审理结果，您可以及时联系律师了解审理结果。
退件进行中
如果您尚未收到Receipt Notice，那么您今年的H-1B申请极大可能没有被抽中，具体结果以收到移民局退回的包裹为准。USCIS已于5月17日起开始退还未抽中的申请包裹，截至目前为止，我所还未收到任何退件，我们将持续密切关注审理结果信件，及时向各位申请者更新动态。
