科洛杰律师有着近30年的从业经验,专精于国际员工流动、移民合规以及商业和亲属移民领域。他曾帮助众多企业和个人进行投资者签证(EB-5, E-2),职业类工作签证(H-1B, E-3, TN),跨国公司高管签证(L)的申请,并为各大公司在国际员工问题上提供最优的解决方案。他的客户包括了科技创业公司的外国投资者,高端亚洲餐厅,西班牙可再生能源公司,时装精品店,法国音乐制作工作室及其他创新企业。此外,他还为领先的技术公司、媒体组织、医院、金融机构、智囊团和非营利组织等在国际员工流动需求提供咨询,并在移民机构、移民法庭和联邦上诉法庭提起诉讼。
在加入JLG伯盛仲合律师事务所之前,科洛杰律师曾在全美排名前100强的律师事务所担任资深法律顾问,协助大公司和投资者满足其全球流动需求。在此之前,他是华盛顿特区美国移民律师协会的立法研究员,曾为第113届国会提出的移民改革立法提供法律和政策分析。他精通西班牙语和法语。
